The Challenge

Every family arrives with the same three problems.

😬
The Fear

Wasted lift tickets and tears by 10am.

You haven't skied in eight years. Your youngest has never seen snow. Your twelve-year-old refuses to slow down. Without a plan, the day falls apart before the first run.

🎿
The Gap

Mixed abilities mean someone always gets left behind.

Beginner group lessons don't work when your family spans five ability levels. One instructor for all of you isn't standard — but it's exactly what changes everything.

⏱️
The Clock

You have three days. Make them count.

Vacation days are finite. Renting gear, finding lessons, managing meltdowns — it adds up fast. A dedicated family instructor eliminates the logistics so you can ski.

Your Guide

Meet Jordan.
12 seasons. One philosophy.

Jordan Webb has spent twelve winters at Vail turning nervous first-timers into confident carvers. PSIA Level 3 certified, Wilderness First Responder trained, and — most importantly — a parent who knows that a good day on the mountain is measured in smiles, not vertical feet.

The philosophy is simple: meet every student exactly where they are, celebrate every small win, and keep moving. No one gets left behind. No one gets bored.

First parallel turns

Mom of 3 · Denver, CO

The Hartley Family
Japanese-American family of four in ski gear at mountain base, parents and young children laughing together in winter sunshine
Adult confidence rebuilt
"My husband and I hadn't skied in 11 years. Jordan had us back on blue runs by noon while simultaneously teaching our 5-year-old. I don't know how, but it worked."
